We'll start in Edinburgh, "Auld Reekie," beautiful and usually chilly in April, the "Athens of the North." We see the moat (now a
park),
New Town, and the
Firth of Forth, looking across from
Edinburgh Castle:

The Castle is a spectacular sight from any vantage.

This is the
National Gallery of Scotland, with Edinburgh Castle in the background.
