John is an English and creative writing teacher, and Karla is a psychologist. We've been with students several times to the UK: for six months at the London Centre at Palace Court in 1997 and 2001, and on two month walking-and-literature tours in 2003, 2005, and 2007. In 2009, faculty Rick, Cheryl, and their daughter, teaching assistant Annelise, as well as Whitney, study abroad facilitator, will join us on the walking tour.
We're hoping to spend another six months at the London Centre in 2011, after son Chris graduates from high school.
